中非創新合作(zuò)中心：
2018年，中國國家(jiā)主席習近平在中非合作(zuò)論壇北京峰會(huì)開(kāi)幕式上(shàng)強調攜手打造新時(shí)代更加緊密的中非命運共同體(tǐ)，倡議實施産業促進、設施聯通(tōng)、貿易便利、綠色發展、能力建設、健康衛生(shēng)、人(rén)文交流、和(hé)平安全等“八大(dà)行(xíng)動”，明(míng)确将支持設立中非創新合作(zuò)中心作(zuò)為(wèi)實施能力建設行(xíng)動的主要內(nèi)容。
2020年，中國科學技(jì)術(shù)部正式批複湖(hú)北省人(rén)民政府牽頭建設中非創新合作(zuò)中心，這是全國首個(gè)以“創新合作(zuò)中心”命名布局建設的國家(jiā)級國際區(qū)域合作(zuò)平台，并于2021年2月18日正式揭牌成立。
At the opening ceremony of 2018 Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation, Chinese President Xi Jinping emphasized that we worked together to build a closer community of common destiny between China and Africa in the new era. It was proposed to implement the “Eight Initiatives” of industrial promotion, facility connectivity, trade facilitation, green development, capacity building, health and hygiene, people-to-people exchanges, peace and security. It clearly supported the establishment of China-Africa Innovation Cooperation Center (hereinafter referred to as CAICC) as the main content of the implementation of capacity building action.
In 2020, the Ministry of Science and Technology of China officially approved Hubei Provincial People’s Government would lead the construction of CAICC, which is the first national-level international regional cooperation platform named after “innovation cooperation center” in China. It was officially unveiled on February 18, 2021.

CAICC is dedicated to creating the China-Africa technology transfer cooperation network, expanding China-Africa cooperation channels for innovative research, providing S&T support for China-Africa production, building a bridge between Chinese and African youth entrepreneurship, and consolidating the foundation of people-to-people exchanges between China and Africa.

In the past five years, HUSTP has always been standing in the first echelon of the National Library Distributors Alliance Atlas University Press.
